T&Cs, Cancellation & Refund policy

Entry to Jurassic Bal will only be granted to the person named on the ticket. If you can no longer attend, want to transfer your pass or wish to cancel your booking, please refer to the following:

Up to 21 february 2026:

Eligible for a full refund minus booking fees. No questions asked. We know life happens and want to be as flexible as we can. To request cancellation of your booking, please email us at canberra.balboa@gmail.com with subject line “CANCELLATION REQUEST”.

From 21 February to 7 MARCH 2026:

Eligible for a 50% refund minus booking fees. If the event is sold out and there is a waitlist, we will do our best to organise a transfer to someone else, meaning you could possibly get a full refund. Email us at canberra.balboa@gmail.com with subject line “CANCELLATION REQUEST”.

Please note this is not guaranteed so be nice to your organisers. We try our best.

From 8 march 2026:

Cancellations from 8 March 2026 are not eligible for a refund. If the event is sold out and there is a waitlist, we will do our best to organise a transfer to someone else, meaning you could get a full refund. Email us at canberra.balboa@gmail.com with subject line “CANCELLATION”.
